Physically-based Simulation of Leaves' Movement
نویسنده
چکیده
This paper gave a method in tackling the animation of leaves’ movement. Various kinds of leaves were classified into two classes: moveable and non-moveable. For moveable leaves, their movements are consisted of two parts: leafstalk’s rotation and leaf surface’s rotation. For each rotation, a movement model was constructed and the movement was computed based on each model, respectively. The final leaves’ movements were obtained by superposition of these two rotations. The method’s principle is simple and easy to use. However, the effect is good.

This paper presents a new approach to shading realistic leaves at high frame rates. The proposed physically based translucency model allows the accurate simulation of subsurface scattering in leaves while accounting for the leaf micro-structure. This approach is based in the local frame of the leaf, so it can be instantiated to any number of leaves without needing to generate new data. Besides ...
متن کاملRiver Flow Simulation Using SWAT Physically Based Model in Barandouzchay of Urmia Lake River Basin
Nowadays, there are too many models in the world for simulation of hydrological processes, such as the SWAT physically based model. The SWAT model is a continuous and physically based hydrologic model that is the smallest unit in this model is Hydrologic Response Unit, and all hydrological processes are simulated in each of these units. This model can simulate runoff, sedimentation, erosion and...
